This video describes in detail what happens to blood after donation in Tamil
The Blood journey starts with Donation. It then undergoes several steps like collection, processing, testing, storage, distribution, blood matching, and transfusion. Blood has several components like RBCs, WBCs, Platelets, Plasma, and Plasma factors. They were separated and stored at different temperatures. Each blood component is transfused to patients according to their needs. One unit of donated blood could save 3-4 patients.
